implementation without external findings or non-conformances. My leadership in training programs and risk assessments further strengthened organizational capabilities.My qualifications include a Human Resources Management Diploma and a National Certificate in Occupational Directed Education, Training & Development. Additionally, I hold certifications in ISO standards, project management, and business analysis, which have equipped me with the skills to drive operational excellence and foster cross-departmental collaboration.

I have over 25 years experience in system automation as well auditing in ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001.  I have been involved in numerous projects that encompasses the system improvement cycle which includes improvement identification; process mapping; documenting business requirements and functional specifications; testing of developed solutions and recording of results in-line with business requirements; ensuring successful roll out and roll back process in-case of unexpected failures; ensuring that change management is implemented to ensure understanding of changes and training is delivered
