Social Care Workforce Development Manager 

Major Responsibilities:
I have been directing professional development initiatives for the adult and children's social care workforce, ensuring compliance with CPD targets. I have been leading reporting efforts for CQC and OFSTED. Additionally, I have been overseeing budget management, reporting, and forecasting with a focus on return on investment. Furthermore, I have been devising and executing robust strategies for the workforce in collaboration with Social Care and ASC Partner agencies.
