About Sarah Sandhu:

With over 11 years experience in recruitment, across both fast-paced agency, and a global talent role at Meta, I am highly adept at managing recruitment end-end, both sourcing and offer management for some of the most competitive talent in the world, for all levels up to c-suite. 

I am experienced managing international talent projects from initial idea conception through to final delivery, involving managing global senior stakeholders to obtain project buy-in, and managing teams internationally to deliver.

I am an experienced team leader and mentor; I love helping people to grow in their careers and skills.  I operated as an Onboarding Lead whilst at Meta to work with new joiners to the international recruitment team to help them grown and reach full calibration in the role.

I am an extrovert, and really enjoy and value taking the time to build relationships with colleagues across all levels.
