About Scarlett Pearce:
I spent six years working as an Executive Assistant for the MD of a busy distribution company. I took a career break to raise my son and study for the CIPD Level 5 qualification, and am now seeking a hand-on, part-time HR Assistant role from Monday-Wednesday.
Experience
Six years working as the Executive Assistant to a MD, where I did work typical of this role; booking flights and hotels, diary management, meeting room preparation, accompanying him to supplier meetings and assisting him with personal matters.
I then took on more responsibilities; working at trade shows, giving brand training, interviewing prospective sales staff and managing their rotas along with any issues that had arisen. To an extent my role crossed over with some HR duties.
Prior to this job, I worked as the receptionist at a law firm for a summer and worked in retail too.
