As commercial counsel, I push to make our company the dominant party in contract negotiations by crafting and curating finely honed templated (or bespoke) agreements that are used to ensure commercial efficiency. I travel, train, and empower sales staff (and management) to ensure strategic alignment.

When I joined EcoOnline as its sole counsel, I managed to push that tiny start-up to new heights. With my tutelage and guidance, I helped close giants Warburton's, Costa, Siemens, Hitachi, Dyson, Gousto, and the NHS. It was me negotiating against formidable lawyers and specialists whilst demonstrating to our sales staff that they need not be intimidated of the big boys. "You want to buy what we are selling? I'm a U.S. lawyer now living in the UK (for 6 years now). Crafting, managing, and negotiating international contracts (mostly for technology-centric businesses) constitutes the bulk of my emphasis.
I serve to push companies to the next level. I acquired significant M&A experience (6 since 2021) and the critical integration/migration efforts that followed. I’m all about closing deals. Promoting and managing company growth and marketplace leadership is my passion.
