I am a hardworking, conscientious and dedicated administrator with a passion for customer service. I have over ten years experience in these fields across a variety of sectors.
Experience
I spent many years working in customer service for large newspaper publications on behalf of an outsourcing company where i was promoted to a senior advisor / training position. I then worked in the motor trade as a Sales Administrator, which was a very fast paced, target driven role.
Most recently I worked as a Student Information Officer for the University of Law Bristol, this role required me to assist students with a variety of queries from enrolment, Visa enquiries, Housing assistance, timetabling and events.
