• Worked with the team to implement the results of the business process re-engineering process into the design and delivery of a new policy administration system which led to eliminating downtime, and improved efficiency and productivity.
• I was instrumental in organizing and improving communication, making sure team members were on the same page at all times and project objectives were clear. This eliminated any form of ambiguity, or confusion and improved collaboration.
• Lead the team that successfully automated the process of all report generation, eliminating manual reports. This resulted in cost savings, an increase in productivity, and improved decision-making.
• While mapping out business processes and identifying bottlenecks I helped the company improve its processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency. 
• Involved in the testing phase as this ensured the solution go live smoothly.
