• About 10 years of experience in end-to-end solution design, Business Process Analysis, Service Design, operational improvements, and automated testing for the leading Tier1 ENU (Oil and Gas), Pharma, Insurance, IT services & Retail store solutions.
• Hands on experience in SAP S/4 HANA with extensive knowledge in SAP procurement modules (Material Management, SRM & ARIBA Downstream, Ariba SLP), Order to Cash (Sales and Distribution), Travel & Expenses(FIORI, SAP ECC and S/4 Hana), Concur, HR-payroll, FSCD {Collections and Disbursements}, SAP Finance (AP, AR, GL & AA), Plant Maintenance,FSCM ,PP, Supply Chain Management (SCM) & SAP CPQ (Callidus Cloud).
• Hands on experience in testing other ERP tools such as MS Dynamics and Oracle FI.
• Good Knowledge and strong experience of multiple methodologies such as Waterfall, ASAP, SAP Activate, SAFe, Devops(CI/CD), and Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands on Experience in Program level project management such as Planning, Quality Gates, Change Request, R&I, RAID, RAG, RACI and Strategic Planning.
• Extensive experience in IT delivery, including experience of test managing large scale SAP programs
• Experience in leading the testing of global or complex S/4HANA implementations/migrations including different phases of testing (SIT, Regression, Security, UAT).
• Experience in creating, implementing, overseeing, and managing test plans, test scope and ensuring good practices are consistently followed on the program, whilst balancing the need for agile delivery.
• Set up and review of test artifacts and deliverables including test approaches/plans, concepts, documentation, scripts, and test reports
• Provide the leadership to balance budget, staffing mix, and landmarks when building test plans and schedules.
• Defining requirements, test data management and co-ordination of test environment setup.  
• Experience in Operational Readiness Testing, Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Functional Testing, and Non-functional Testing.
• Embedding the right test automation approach and building automated regression packs throughout the different phases of the program.
• Establish program governance and lead Decision Point reviews, member Steering Committee meetings.
• Good understandings, keen analysis, and team approach to implement best practices to achieve business excellence and adept working in high-pressure environments. Experience working in globally distributed team.
• Expertise in planning, managing, and executing all the tasks and activities related to testing in Cutover Phase.
• Good knowledge of the advantages / limitations of automation and knowledge of automation frameworks and tools
• Provide Coaching and Mentoring of junior team members. Proactively engage in knowledge sharing with other teams

Bachelors in Engineering and Post Graduation in Business Management.
