Having joined this company as a Customer Service Advisor my role was to take inbound calls in order to process insurance claims and making sure targets were met along with providing and ensuring good customer service.
- Receiving inbound calls in a shift of 8 hours in order to process Insurance claims, cancellations and disputes.
- Coordinating with Supply Chain and Back Office operations to provide support on inbound and outbound calls.
- Emailing and chatting with the Back office and the Complaints team for updates on customer’s application.
- Identifying and developing training needs for the campaign and customer service.
- Gathering post claims feedback and analysing each training workshop in a bid to consistently improve and offer better productivity. Preparation of RFI’s for the client in order to create effective rebuttals.
- Implementation of online team building exercise.
- Attending team discussions in order to monitor the gaps between the client communication and team.
- Actively involved with the Managers to take weekly monitors feedback and implement on it.
- Setting up operations objectives to assess customers using the CRM.
- Making sure that weekly QA Scores and adherence was maintained in order to achieve the service level agreement.
