I am an international PhD student at the university of Huddersfield.
Experience
As a PhD student, my research focuses on theoretical and numerical investigation of a new class of electromagnetic metamaterials. I worked as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant in the Department of Applied Mathematics at University of Waterloo. I also worked as customer service representative at the Bradford Exchange and Lucas Works in London, Canada where my role was as follows :
- Assisted customers over the phone regarding the store operations, products, promotions, and orders.
- Developed an effective approach to ensure customer’s needs were met on a consistent basis.
- Created a large personal customer base through my sales ability and product knowledge.
- Identified problems and rapidly resolved client conflicts to prevent loss of key accounts.
