About Shannon Lacey:

I'm a devoted yoga practitioner and teacher. My biggest passion is connecting with people and sharing these transformative tools which have shaped my life so profoundly. I have been
told I exude a healing aura and I love to create a safe and welcoming space
allowing students to show up as they are, to practice and travel through the
journey which the path of yoga leads us on.

Experience

I’ve been teaching in both the UK and Bali in Yoga studios, Health clubs, private coaching and in Corporate wellbeing for nearly 4 years full time. I’ve taught over 2,500 classes to students of all levels.
