About Shannon-Leigh Dodson:
- ODMS Coordinator responsibilities - Oversee the Quality Management System to adhere to ISO9001 regulatory requirements. Ensures plant Operating Discipline system, procedures and guidelines meet quality system requirements, as appropriate and serves as element focal point for the quality requirements of the Operating Discipline Management System.
- Sites main focal point for facilitating internal audits and external audits relating to quality and internal ISO/GMP Audits. Managed the plant quality system audit program and conducted internal and third-party audits, in conjunction with Business or Site strategies, leveraging findings to drive continual improvement.
- Implemented and maintains the site quality program which aligns to the Business Quality Strategy at the plant level.
- Implemented and improved the site hygiene program to improve GMP for the site.
- Customer, lead RCI and CAPA focal point for quality at the Dewsbury site. Provide an effective interface between customers and the plant to ensure consistent high-quality service to customers. Represents the “Voice of Customer” at the plant level.
- Train and provide guidance to plant and other roles that impact product quality on customer and product regulatory requirements, and the use of supporting quality tools and processes to achieve plant and business goals.

Experience
- BSC Honours in Biomedical Science – Microbiology Dissertation
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Oversee Quality Management Systems and implementation to adhere to ISO9001 and GMP around the plant, as well as sharing knowledge with the global network
- Site focal point for customer complaints and lead RCIs, which result in corrective and preventative actions to be implemented. Represented “Voice of the Customer”
- Provide training and guidance across site for analytical techniques, GMP, quality issues
- Understanding of data systems SAP and NWA Quality Analyst
- Level 2 – Food Safety in Manufacturing HACCAP
- Extensive Knowledge of using and troubleshooting analytical equipment such as GC, HPLC, FTIR, Malvern Particle Size.
