About shannon Wilson:

With a strong background in both legal education and administrative support, I believe my skills and experience align well with the requirements of a Legal Paralegal. Currently, I am pursuing my LPC LLM at the University of Law, following my LLB from Coventry University, where I developed a solid foundation in legal principles. My academic background, coupled with extensive practical experience, equips me with the dedication and attention to detail essential for a successful legal support role.

In my current role as a Funeral Operative with Co-operative Funeralcare, I am responsible for liaising with various stakeholders, including solicitors, government agencies, and healthcare providers. This experience has developed my communication and organizational skills, enabling me to handle sensitive client requests with precision and efficiency. Additionally, my role as a Coordinating Manager at HML Digital further honed my abilities in managing complex documentation, financial records, and maintaining effective workflows to meet project deadlines. Together, these experiences have prepared me to meet the multifaceted demands of a legal environment with professionalism and adaptability.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to high standards of customer service and accuracy in document management. My volunteer work as a COVID-19 Immuniser and as a project manager at a charity funfair further highlights my adaptability and dedication to serving the community. These roles also strengthened my interpersonal and problem-solving skills, which I believe are essential in a legal support role where clear communication and collaboration are key.

I am particularly drawn to a firm with a strong reputation for values such as commitment to client care and community involvement. I am confident that my blend of legal knowledge, administrative expertise, and commitment to excellence will enable me to make a meaningful contribution to a legal team.
