I am an experienced and diligent administrator with expertise in a number of sectors including finance, education and retail. Comfortable to work both in front and back-office roles and I complete projects accurately and efficiently and pride myself on my attention to detail.  I work confidently with all basic word processing programmes and quickly adapt to specialist systems. My warm and friendly personality combined with my experience working for myself ensures that I can quickly build up a positive rapport with colleagues and customers alike. I am always willing to take responsibility to make important decisions and solve problems as they arise. A key strength is my ability to manage a number of complex tasks at the same time, prioritising my workload to deliver successful results that demonstrate my energy, positive mindset and commitment to my role.

I have over 7 and a half years experience in mortgages working in various roles including administration, customer service and underwriting.
