Experience
I have been working as a waiter and as a hotel manager for a few years which have enabled me to have a great passion for customer service and develop valuable skills which can be of great use in customer-facing situations. My jobs have allowed me to obtain an organised manner whilst ensuring a safe environment fur customers and employees in stressful situation. I also am able to assist online customers to the best of my abilities and become flexible with customer‘s adjustments, such as disability assistance, allergies and other customer enquiries.
