About me:

Human resource managers assume the responsibility of workforce planning, management, recruitment and selection of efficient candidates, termination of employment, and training of professionals in any organization. Intrigued by the functional role of HR managers, I, Shivani Sharma, started my career in Human Resource Management.


I prepared my mind to plunge into learning, and therefore I enrolled for a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at IIMMI, which is affiliated with Guru Jambheshwar University. These dedicated degree programs could certainly inculcate in me the essentials required of an expert business administrator. 


I wanted to exploit my potential to the fullest, so I enrolled in MSc Human Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University UK in 2021 which is register with CIPD to mark my success in the human resources management domain. Intrigued by the functional role of HR managers, I am keen to explore this domain by continuing my career in HRM.


My interest in the HRM domain was further propelled through the internship at a skincare products company, Valeda Herbal Pvt. Ltd. As the Human Resource Coordinator, I was engaged in a plethora of projects where I procured novel means to promote the business by managing the sales team's recruitment, performance management, onboarding process, and compensation management. By actively participating in the interactions, I provided the necessary information to the new hires and upheld the virtue of the company, thereby bridging the gap between them. I took up the tasks enthusiastically with my easy-to-go attitude, maintained a good rapport with my colleagues, and resolved the queries. Along with my first internship, I pursued an online HRM specialization affiliated with the University of Minnesota USA, from which I learned all the insights of HRM.

In my second employment, I worked as an HR administrator at Eye Mantra Hospital, where my role was to lead everyone in my department as well as other departments. Here I had not only developed the leadership skills but also understood the counselling skills, which is a prominent segment to make an optimal bridge between the organization and the employees. My professional experience developed my confidence. I possess all the skills an HR executive should have, and I believe it will be a mutual benefit for both of us if I join your organization.
