  • Greeting patients face to face and registering patients on DGL and Meditech.
  • Management of consultant diary – Booking patients appointments
  • Booking of procedures 
  • Prepping clinic lists for the consultant and ensuring all accurate documentation is present. 
  • Answering telephone queries and emails from patients and other healthcare providers.
  • Taking payments/dealing with insurance companies.
  • Obtaining referrals from other clinics and hospitals and delegating to the correct departments or consultants. 
  • Scanning patients notes and referrals.
  • Sending patients correspondence to consultants and Gp’s to review and upload on patient file records.
  • Ordering of equipment/supplies for the office.
