Duties:

• General administrative duties
• First point of contact for residents and visitors
• Creating and maintaining staff and resident files 
• Maintaining and updating staff Matrix
• Making sure staff members are paid accurately and on time
• Supporting Payroll
• Rota and allocation
• Recording and monitoring staff sickness, annual leave, etc
• Managing residents’ personal allowance and petty cash for the care home
• Processing resident fees, lunch money, cash and receipts
• Conducting daily audits on petty cash
• Processing invoices
• Processing orders from suppliers
• Arranging for transport
• Auditing staff files
• Preparing reports and statistics spreadsheets
• Developing and maintaining a good filing system
• Keeping accurate records
• Keeping an eye on compliance, data protection and health and safety hazards
