Shruti Maheshwari

I am Shruti Maheshwari, currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources Management at Lancaster University, England. I hold a Bachelor’s in International Business from JAIN University, Bangalore. My journey in the field of human resources and management has been fueled by a passion for people and organizational development.

In my role as an Assistant Manager at Everest Transport, I honed my skills in leadership, workflow optimization, and policy enforcement. My internships at Talent Serve and My Career My College provided me with valuable insights into customer relations, social media management, and recruitment processes. These experiences have sharpened my abilities in teamwork, communication, customer service, and problem-solving.

Fluent in English.  I bring strong interpersonal and social skills to every interaction. I am dedicated to continuous learning and personal growth, demonstrated by my certifications in Corporate Finance Foundations, Investment Evaluation, and Brand & Marketing Integration.

Beyond my professional interests, I am actively involved in community service, participating in initiatives organized by Rotary Club and ISKCON, Bangalore. I believe in making a positive impact both within and outside the workplace.

I am eager to apply my education and skills to real-world challenges, providing practical solutions and exceptional customer experiences. My goal is to contribute to an organization that values innovation, growth, and community engagement.

I have diverse professional experience in management and human resources. As an Assistant Manager at Everest in India, I effectively organized schedules, optimized team productivity, enforced company policies, and conducted inventory audits. My role involved leading teams, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and managing daily business operations to meet organizational goals.

During my internships at Talent Serve and My Career My College in Bangalore, India, I developed strong customer service skills, maintained positive working relationships, and contributed to social media management and recruitment processes. I efficiently handled customer needs, promoted excellent customer service, and created engagement through social media content.

These roles have equipped me with essential skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer relations, preparing me for advanced responsibilities in the field of human resources management.
 

I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Lancaster University, England, with an expected graduation date of September 2024. This program is enhancing my expertise in organizational development, employee engagement, and strategic HR practices.

I hold a Bachelor of Management Studies in International Business from JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore, India, completed in June 2022. This degree provided me with a strong foundation in business principles, global trade, and management strategies.
