My responsibilities included meticulously planning and executing user research, conducting usability tests, engaging in UI design, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products not only met but exceeded the needs and expectations of our users. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered top-tier research insights that have driven product enhancements and heightened user satisfaction.
