Aspiring Cyber/Network security engineer with completed Master’s in IT Security from Nottingham Trent University and Bachelor’s in Computer Applications. Acquired technical knowledge of SDLC, routing protocols and technical expertise in system management (Linux, Windows, Unix-like) and networking knowledge (TCP/IP networking protocol) with experience in database and cloud platforms. Currently, ready to relocate and seeking an opportunity in a company whose ethos inspires innovation, teamwork, and a focus on the customer. 

I have worked with Gorillas Technologies Ltd Nottingham, United Kingdom as an IT Support was helpful where I gained the experience as a 1st and 2nd line of support for the organization in the time period of 10 months. Some of the tasks were as follows

• Educating the staff and Management on best practice of Information Security
• Supporting initiatives to increase our online sales by 10% through customer engagement campaigns.
• Updating the E-Commerce App by working with both front and back-end developers for offers, updates, item changes, themes etc. 
• Working with the IT team to conduct vulnerability testing of the website using the Nexus software.
• Developed and implemented a security policy for password management as well as access control management.
• Regular updating the systems with the latest security and checking the online traffic on the Gorillas Website.
• Managing the Wi-Fi using Wireshark and packet tracing to update the office if threats detected. 
• Ensuring urgent/high tickets and requests are dealt with as a priority

Earlier that I had the opportunity to work as a Database Administrator for 3hd Media, Mumbai and some of the responsibilities were -

• Developing the Database for the company based on the Data available in the records in the form of Excel Sheets.
• Revising the database on daily basis for any changes of the information which differ from the information given by the user and the data inside the database.
• Making Adequate changes in the structure of the database to incorporate the Information more than the specified limit.
• Reviewed source documents and listings to compile the resources for identifying and correcting data allocation issues.
• Wrote and maintained Technical and Functional specifications to document database intentions and requirements.
• Developed extraction methods to pull information from various applications and software platforms of a regional financial services provider and stored such figures in the organization’s electronic data warehouse.
