I am an enthusiastic scientist with over 20 years practical lab experience in chromatographic separation and mass spectrometry applications in small molecular studies and bioanalytical, proteomics research. I have presented data at conferences, and published in academic journals. I am capable of self-motivation as well as working as part of a team. Protein identification and quantification of highly complexity protein mixtures (Proteomes) using nano LC/MS combined with SILAC and TMT labelling technology. These techniques used to investigate protein level changes in various biological research projects. Molecular mass measurement of intact proteins in complex protein mixtures. Routine instrument maintenance including Orbitrap, Q-trap and associated nano and micro-LC systems. Data interpretation using Proteome Discoverer, Max Quant, Skyline, and DIA-NN software. Data presentations to collaborators.
