About Simone Zanini Barreira:

I am a senior sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in global companies. While developing sales initiatives for the largest IT companies, resellers and distributors in Brazil, my efforts maintained the level of quality and satisfaction of all partners. I coordinated several initiatives to sustain sales growth of printer solutions, cartridge supplies and personal computers, resulting in consistent achievement of proposed goals in terms of quota, market share growth, increased revenue and profitability. International experience with HP USA adds the right technical dynamism to my professional life as a results-oriented team player. I was awarded the "High Achievers Club" during my working hours.

During this journey as Channel Manager I was able to apply many tools to increase market share such as CRM program, trade in sales strategies, activation of new customers using business intelligence (big data), creating an internal and external campaign with specific goals for each segment, training the channel and its sales team. In addition, I have excellent control of daily activities such as forecasting accuracy, sell in and sell out control, inventory control, ABC analysis, monitoring on fiscal and financial issues, elaboration of the annual Join Business Plan and half-year Account Business Plan. 

Brazil is a country with a huge territory with different cultures, complex logistics, different taxes between states and regional language accents. I used to live in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro (1st and 2nd largest cities) and I was in charge of managing the most important channel in HP Brazil. It is headquartered in Recife City (more than three hours away by plane). Despite the physical distance, I was able to maintain an excellent relationship with the distributor's board and staff, leading business initiatives.

I am a proactive profile, excellent in interpersonal and intercompany relationship, negotiation skills, strong communication skills, analytical capacity, very adaptable to new tasks and great ability to deal with diversity. Team leadership and networking skills that allow me to build, lead and manage talented and result-oriented teams at different organizational and multifunctional levels.
