o Managing front desk operations, including visitor registrations, access control, and library material checks, while providingmulti-channel support (in-person, phone, online) for library resources, services, and NTU facilities. o Overseeing the circulation process, handling the issuance, renewal, and return of library materials, including laptops. Assisting customers with self-service equipment and managing closed access materials like Inter Library Loans.
