A chartered engineer and energy professional with over 9 years of experience in energy management services and consultancy. Expertise in conducting detailed energy and net-zero carbon audits across a wide range of building types, including offices, supermarkets, shopping malls, data centres, and industrial warehouses, and deliver recommendations ranging from no-cost operational improvements to strategic decarbonization initiatives such as heating electrification throughout building lifecycle.

Proven experience in using IoT platform to optimise building performance. One of the office buildings received a CIBSE award in 2025.

Involved in, earlier in my career, a large-scale 284MW district cooling system (DCS) project over 10 years, covering its full life cycle from design and tendering to construction and operation. Working alongside design, construction, and O&M teams, the building was certified with LEED Gold rating and achieved over 99.99% availability of DCS services and zero safety accidents during O&M stage.
