Responsibities:
- Use of Sage 50 payroll to manage the payment of staff salaries.
- Ensure payroll is completed within the allocated timescale each week/month, to ensure all staff are paid
correctly and on time.
- Process timesheets including verifying information, calculating hours and checking for discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of annual leaves, sick leaves, maternity leaves and paternity leaves.
- Review and process employee expenses and overtime claims.
- Issue payroll payments via BACS.
- Print off staff payslips and deliver them to the relevant employee either by hand or by email, adhering to
confidentiality.
- Input new employee details into the payroll system like Info Time, including their personal information,
working hours, eligibility for bonus etc.
- Process and issue tax information such as P45s and P60s.
- Answer payroll queries from both internal staff and HMRC.
- Provide advice around Tax, National Insurance and Student loan deduction queries.
- Administer the company pension scheme including adding and removing staff members and amending
contributions as required.

Responsibities:
- Handling all admin related work.
- Assisting Director & Manager Day to Day tasks.
