I am a very keen and hardworking individual looking to find a long-term role. Through my plenty of customer service experience via face-to-face, email facilities and on my phone, dealing with customers/clients. I find it easy to build a rapport with new people which I believe is essential for being a good team player. I like to know that I have contributed within a working environment as I feel that it helps to create progression and efficiency. Also, I possess good organisational skills, I’m enthusiastic, a fast learner and have a good eye for detail.

I am computer-literate and I have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).

In my spare time, I am an enthusiastic musician (guitarist).
