Rosie Ratcliffe

I am an ambitious young woman who is a BA (Hons) Fashion Communication graduate. Driven and inspired by society, culture, and art to create work to push the boundaries of social norms. With a desire to give people a platform to use their voice for good to evoke change in society, equality and celebrate diversity through digital design and storytelling. Through university projects and industry experience I have developed a strengthened professional background in content creation and photography with vast skills and knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

Undertaking an industry year and university projects, I have developed a strengthened professional background. I have a vast understanding and excellent skills when it comes to Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office, which is continuously growing as I develop my portfolio. I have gained incredible strategic and creative skills, some key skills I’ve taken away is creating weekly pitch deck presentations whilst working on projects and with clients. During my industry year I gained experience in digital marketing working in-house at a fashion label, also while working at a PR agency. My placement at London Fashion Agency (LFA), I worked in a fast-paced, exciting environment within a team where I learned to tailor these skills to each client. I found working in a hands-on business deeply engages with my skills. For example, I created and edited InDesign publications (gifting menus, eBooks, mood boards, presentation decks, trend research, imagery for website, behind the scenes footage from photoshoots, video editing and montages in Premiere Pro, copywriting, MailChimps, social media posts including gifs, animations, press kits) and maintained unmatched teamwork to ensure deadlines were accomplished. I am an organised person who loves to brainstorm, problem-solve, and strategize for new ideas creatively. I am familiar in creating video content and I am excited to continue to grow my skills and knowledge further.
