I am a highly motivated passionate fitness professional. With my combined academic qualifications and personal experiences I am able to add value and have a positive impact on people changing their lives. I am a bubbly , confident outgoing person and I love helping people create healthier habits and living more fulfilling lives. It was my own personal story losing 6 stone that brought me to fitness and with that I am able to inspire and motivate others. In my personal life I love keeping fit at the gym , I enjoy going hiking in the Peak District & being in nature. Over the years I have taught a range of classes and have qualifications in spin , circuits , metafit & junior cardio. After having a bit of a break in the fitness industry due to being made redundant and covid , I am ready to get back to doing what I love and know best
