Hello, my name is Sophie and I am a fully qualified (DipCHyp, GQHP, PGCE, BSc) clinical Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Hypno4Children practictioner based online and face-face in Wigan, Greater Manchester. I work with adults and child to overcome anxiety, stress/overwhelm, low self-esteem and confidence, negative body image, lack of motivation and weight issues and more.

I offer a forward thinking, solution focused approach, equipping my clients with practical and effective skills and techniques to overcome unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
