Sophie Kauter

With many years customer service experience and a Creative Writing degree, I have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. I posses a solid knowledge of Digital Marketing and an aptitude for creating compelling content and campaigns. Not only do I like to oversee the smooth running of operations and understand the importance of team work, but I too strive on simple instructions and relying on initiate to certify success.

I have six years and counting customer service experience, building up from waitress to Manager at a busy restaurant in Leigh-on-Sea. I organise a team to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as carry out general and operational administrative duties. Alongside this is my experience working as a Content Creator and Social Media Marketer, in which my role was to optimise content, increase audience engagement, and boost the brands awareness. 

I graduated Winchester University with a 2:1 BA Honours degree in Creative Writing.
