Before Embarking on my NHS journey in 2018, I bring with me 13 years of experience dealing with customers and patients in various department such as working in fast & retail to now currently serving as a seasoned Clinical Pathway Administrator in the Ophthalmology department. My work is characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach to healthcare administration. I am very passionate in IT, I achieved a level 2 and level 3 btec in IT.
