• Ran Enterprise Data delivery for major retail client, covering data ingestion, modelling and reporting. 
• Directed operations and client-facing delivery across multiple teams, ensuring project delivery through

resource management, process optimisation, and risk mitigation.

• Led sprint planning, daily stand-ups, show and tells, retrospectives for clients.
• Directed operations of 70+ staff across Engineering, Architecture and PM teams.  Promoted best practice methods through the set-up of Community of Practices.
• Automated delivery lifecycle through Scrum supported by tools such as JIRA, Trello and MS Planner.

Enterprise Architecture Practice Manager - HS2, London (February 2020 – June 2022)

Enterprise Architecture delivery leadership on a major civil and transport construction project. Coordinating with Project Managers to agree plans, monitor resources, and ensure deliverables meet Architecture governance standards.

• Delivered Architecture outputs for major UK infrastructure programme
• Introduced Agile methods of working, including daily stand-ups and Kanban-based task tracking.

Data Analytics Manager - HS2, London (June 2019 – February 2020)

Led the Data Analytics team with responsibility for all aspects of data analytics, assembling and positioning the team as a core delivery function in IT.

BI Manager / Product Manager - FCA, London (June 2010 – November 2018)

1. Established and lead the Data Analytics team, defining the WoW, ToR, and Capability map.

• In collaboration with CTO, developed the Analytics and Data Integration team strategy and roadmap. 
• Led the BI working group who met with business stakeholders across all divisions to facilitate understanding and better use of data to assist in decision-making.
• Converted 95% of contractors to perm and secured offshore partner to increase capacity and reduce costs.

BI Delivery Manager - FCA, London (October 2007 – May 2010)

1. Lead BI delivery capability within the FCA.  Spearheaded the delivery of multiple projects on-time and within budget, including implementing a portfolio of several major projects valued in excess of £1m.

• Managed an internal analytics team of Data Engineers, Data Modellers and Data Architects to deliver data migrations, BI solutions, BAU fixes, growing the team to 55 people.  This included the establishment of an offshore BI/Analytics outsourced delivery partner.

Product Manager (Data) – Visa EU Ltd, London (January 2006 – August 2007)

Management of a team of developers responsible for developing tactical and strategic data products. Responsible for ensuring that projects were delivered on time and in budget.
