1. Invented a new “Audit Mechanism” metrics to showcase the quality of the work
done across different programs and Arcs, by this the defect rate in the work
came down to 2% from 52%.
2. Successfully contributed for 2 program Automations, tested them and brought
them into use which saved many hours of manual work that’s used for
reoccurring tasks.
3. Reviewed Amazon catalog for content quality based on pre-defined guidelines
and created SOPs.
4. Worked with project teams to write and test new SOPs for new audit and data
quality management tasks
5. Provided feedback to streamline existing processes and help the team achieve
more consistent results with high quality.
6. Approving or rejecting audit entries based on pre-defined guidelines and
explain logical reasoning behind approve/reject decision.
7. Proficient in working with high priority/visibility English content for other
geographies like US, UK, etc. Also worked with multiple Stakeholders across
the globe like China, Japan, etc.
8. Worked on Multiple Deep dives to improve the process and different metrics.
