I'm a hard-working, reliable individual who has had a vast career within customer service and administration, putting the customer at the forefront of every interactions, I am a keen problem solver with a eye for detail. I'm an excellent team player but can also work on my own initiative. I have a wide range of knowledge of different computers systems and this will benefit any new role I secure. I quickly progressed within my current work place and have held 3 positions.
Throughout my career I have utilised my transferable skills into the roles I have been involved in, making me an asset to any business, where I will work hard and show my commitment. I have worked with various different departments and companies and build strong working relationships with internal and external parties
I am a strong believer that sometimes the right thing is not always the easy option, that to question and to keep learning will only improve not my own skills and abilities, but will also make the right impact on the customer experience. In my current role there is alot of attention to detail and a keen eye to see where things have gone wrong and then work with other areas of the business to get things resolved efficiently making sure each case is dealt with without any favouritism as per ofcom rules
