I am a kind, meticulous, and purposeful Pension Analyst and HR professional with over a decade of experience across pensions, benefits, reward, and HR services. My career has given me a strong foundation in pension scheme analysis, regulatory compliance, data auditing, process improvement, and team leadership. I take pride in not only delivering accuracy and efficiency, but also in supporting and mentoring others to grow in their roles.

Having worked in both consultancy and in-house HR environments, I bring proven expertise in managing projects, optimising processes, and driving operational excellence, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine enjoyment of complex data analysis and audits.

What motivates me most is making a difference—whether that’s helping a team thrive, improving a process to save time and cost, or ensuring regulatory compliance that protects people’s futures.

Outside of work, my world revolves around my husband, children, and our shared love for animals. They keep me grounded, motivated, and constantly inspired.

My education has given me a strong foundation in business administration, HR processes, customer service, and job evaluation methodology, which I have applied throughout my career in pensions and HR. While my most recent qualifications were gained a few years ago, I am committed to continuing professional development and actively looking for opportunities to refresh and expand my skills, particularly in HR leadership, pensions, and process improvement.
