I am a hardworking professional who thrives in large virtual teams, whilst bringing strong leadership for in person roles which strengthened my collaboration skills on every project. I try to keep teams motivated and organized, ensuring productivity and success in a remote environment. Beyond work, I lead an active life filled with baking and roller skating, whether I’m attemptin a new recipe or gliding through the streets, I love staying engaged and creative in everything I do.

I have a varied background in leadership and operations, including experience as a supervisor for a cinema chain. My experience in construction has refined my attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills as many projects were located across the country and involved collaboration with remote teams. These qualities seamlessly translate to optimizing retail operations, customer analytics, and form a strategic decision-making mentality.
