I am a passionate and results driven Educational professional with over 22 years of experience. I work with Headteachers, Senior Leaders and Governors to improve outcomes for children and do so in a methodical and non-stressful manner. I take people on a journey and work with individuals and teams to create meaningful change that is long lasting and authentic.

Experience

I have worked for 2 local authorities as well as a multi-academy trust and locally maintained schools. I have undertaken the Ofsted Inspectorate training and have worked within school improvement for 11 years. 

Education

I completed the Graduate Teaching Programme in 2003 through Bath Spa University. I have continued to complete modules with Amnesty International in Human Rights, The Right to Protest, Climate Change, Gender Based Violence the Energy Transition. I have completed modules with Google, Apple, Microsoft and Adobe and continue to take modules in a range of fields that interest me and provide me with opportunities in which to grow.
