I have been working at McCarthur Glen, Ashford since 2018 when I relocated from London and have experience of both Sales Assistant and Supervisor roles from my time here. Prior to that I worked at the Wembley Outlet branch of Jack Wills, Hollister in White City and the Ray Bans flagship store in Covent Garden. I have experience of working with Heritage, Fashion, Lifestyle, Global, Quality and Luxury brands.

I enjoy working in a busy sales environment and the camaraderie of working in a team, especially when targets are smashed.  I have a positive outlook and like to push myself to be the best version of myself I can be

• Acts as lead for brand values and customer service by encouraging staff to obtain feedback from customers on Medallia, either in store or by email.  This translated into our store becoming the top performing store for Medallia responses.
• Supports the team to demonstrate “UGG Life” which is to live and breath the brand values at all times. 
• Supports the manager and assistant manager. 
• Posting on the UGG social media app for employees “HOLLA” to update and encourage staff and to liaise with other stores to discuss issues and/or seek advice.
• Reviewing “best sellers” list to ascertain whether any opportunities have been missed and/or whether products should be repositioned within the store.
• Organising store deliveries and reviewing where new stock items would be best placed, together with existing stock items to boost sales.
• Creating daily brief for staff to update them as to:
  • targets and KPIs for the day and for the rest of the week; 
  • the best way to drive sales 
  • utilise their strengths and weaknesses and prepare for core hours when the store will be at its busiest.
• Use daily / weekly reports to seek opportunities and identify risks and take any necessary action.
• Taking part in weekly conference calls with area managers and area VMs to discuss previous week’s performance and future development of both the store and brand.
