I am an experienced People leader who has successfully helped shape the work culture and people experience for a number of organisations. I am adaptable, results orientated and recognise the importance of delivering effective, people-centred solutions whilst implementing best practice and building cultural alignment between strategy and employee experience. 

With extensive experience gained across diverse business sectors, I have a proven track record in delivering People transformational change programmes, improving operational and functional capability, managing employee relations and People and talent strategies that effectively deliver against business goals. Experienced in building strong and balanced relationships with business leaders at all levels, I have experience partnering with C-Suite and Exec teams to drive forward the people strategy and promote operational excellence in our people initiatives.
