Achievement and responsibilities:

  • Assisting admin officer in preparation of contract agreement and handing over to the new employee 
  • Induction session with new employee and presenting company policy 
  • Preparing procurement paperwork along with goods received details on the system 
  • Scheduling interview with team supervisor for further hiring of people 
  • Managing new resident portfolio including finance and day to day management 
  • Schedule checking of fire alarm system and health hazard material incoordination with maintenance and housekeeping department.
