My journey has taken me through all aspects of chatbot creation, from diving deep into client needs, training the chatbot's NLP skills, designing engaging conversational flows, and ensuring smooth implementation to conducting meticulous QA testing and keeping a watchful eye on conversations for analysis and improvement.
