Harnessing and Protecting Indian Marine Energy                                                                                                                                                                     2020

• Utilized India’s blue wealth/ecology and connected the abundant wave energy through cost-efficient converters aimed at reducing CO2 emissions and dependency on fossil fuels. Conducted various research and designed a complete Impulse turbine and water wheel system for the project.
• Designed a completely new shallow seabed system with AutoCAD and Adobe Fusion 360 for converting sine wave kinetic energy into useful power while protecting Indian marine life.
• Consolidated all the machinery costs in under £30K relatively ~30% than the other available systems.

Self-healing Carbon Reinforced Glass Fibre                                                                                                                                                                     2018

• Stretched the idea of Nissan’s scratch-healing paints, dawned the project on self-healing carbon-reinforced glass fiber for several applications – automobiles, aircraft, spacecraft, and satellites.
• Deduced a design using carbon fiber for fabricating a composite material with shape memory and self-healing of cracks.

Formula Student Event Project – SAE SUPRA & FFS FMAE                                             2017 – 2019

• Manufactured a fully functional prototype racing car with a low cost of 5.5 Lakhs (5500 GBP) which is 30% lower than the previous team and higher efficiency. 
• Oversaw all aspects of manufacturing – components designing, impact attenuator, GD&T, precision in machine operations, working model, testing, research, material selection, analyzing parameters, use of Ansys tool, and polystyrene material.
• Controlled manufacturing operations of an FFS team, including design and analysis of engine bay and heat shield.
