My expertise are: Materials Science/Analysis, Nanoelectronics/ IC design, Nanoparticles and Nanodevices, Nanoengineering Graphene, Molecular Electronics, Renewable Energy  

I just moved back to UK. I was working as a Dean of Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), Mirpur AJK, Pakistan in addition to my passion as researcher (Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering). I also worked as researcher in the Researcher/ Senior researcher in Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Applied Materials Science at Uppsala University Sweden. I worked extensively in clean room both in analysis and fabrication. I have worked many many national and EU projects related to materials science and electronics particularly in the domain of nanotechnology.  

I have PhD in Engineering Sciences with specialization in materials analysis and Masters in Engineering in the field of microelectronics after graduating as Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (Electronics). I have a unique advantage to carry out research in the field of nano-electronics considering my strong background in electronics, microelectronics and material sciences.
