Technical and Insurance Business Analyst.

In my previous position  as a insurance business analyst in , I was a member of the financial control team, and among my duties there were process mapping for "as is" and "to be" documentation, performing gap analyses to identify potential solutions, fostering relationships with stakeholders and facilitating workshops, researching and outlining the business position, and creating requirements teams.

I also have experience as a technical business analyst working with Fintech companies. Some of my duties included meeting with clients and stakeholders, choosing the design approach and outlining the requirements, and writing thorough user stories and high-level process maps. I've become a highly brave, critical thinker, and team player as a result of this experience.

I earned a computer science degree from Brunel University in London, and I also have a BCS certification and a foundational Agile project management certification.
