Tahsin Labib

I am an enthusiastic individual who loves to take challenges and work through them as it appears in life. I always look forward to contributing my skills and experience for the betterment of the people. Also, I am always eager to learn as I believe there is no end to learning. I am currently working as a Collection Consultant/Collector at Computershare. Before that, I worked as a Payment Management Advisor at Capita O2. Moreover, I have 10 months working experience of working as an IT Officer in a Bank and one and half year experience of working in a steel manufacturing company as an Assistant Engineer. I have completed my master’s degree in Engineering Management program from University of York and looking forward to building a progressive career for myself. I have obtained profound management, technical, financial services and customer services knowledge throughout my previous job experience and academic studies. Also, I am confident and passionate to utilize the skills and experience obtained throughout my academic and professional life in the career ahead. Moreover, I am determined to prove myself through my work and dedication.

I want to let you know that I have completed my M.Sc. in Engineering Management program from University of York last year. And before doing my Master’s, I did my B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In terms of work experience, I am currently working as a collection consultant and carrying out financial services since April, 2022.  My financial services work also involve customer service skills as I interact with customers directly. Moreover, I have one and half year experience of working as an Assistant Engineer in PHP NOF Continuous Galvanizing Mills Ltd. in Bangladesh. I was responsible for doing troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical equipment’s using software’s like C++ and PLC while working as an Assistant Engineer. Apart from Assistant Engineer experience, I also have 10 months working experience as an IT officer in Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. Throughout my academic and professional period, I have developed good management strategies, financial service skills, customer service skills and technical knowledge. 

I completed M.Sc. in Engineering Management from University of York on Jan, 2021. Before that I did my B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
