About Takwa Algreou:

Since a young age, I’ve been drawn to understanding how things work and finding solutions to technical challenges, like repairing phones. That early interest in hands-on problem-solving turned into a passion for building, fixing, and improving things. I believe in helping people by making their lives easier, whether it’s through providing excellent customer service, supporting a team, or applying my technical skills to solve real-world problems. Each day is a chance to learn something new and make a difference, which is what drives me to do what I do.
I’m an adaptable and proactive individual with a rich and varied background, spanning roles in education, customer service, construction, and technology. My journey with technical skills began early—I’ve been repairing phones since I was 13, which taught me the value of patience, attention to detail, and resourcefulness. Over time, I’ve built a well-rounded skill set that includes proficiency in Microsoft Office, hands-on experience in bricklaying and tile work, and an interest in programming, having completed certifications in software development and machine learning.

I am fluent in both Arabic and English, with a basic understanding of Spanish, which helps me connect with diverse communities. My experience in customer service and retail has strengthened my interpersonal skills and reinforced my commitment to delivering excellent results in any environment. I’m passionate about problem-solving, enjoy collaborative work, and am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow. I’m excited to bring my dedication, strong communication skills, and technical abilities to a dynamic team.

Experience

I have a diverse professional background that spans customer service, retail, warehouse operations, and education. At Boots and Asda, I developed strong customer service skills by assisting with product recommendations, managing stock, and handling transactions efficiently. My role at Amazon’s warehouse taught me to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where I managed product receiving, sorting, and packing to ensure timely order fulfillment. Additionally, I’ve volunteered as a teaching assistant, supporting young children in their learning and daily activities. This mix of experiences has strengthened my ability to communicate, stay organized, and solve problems, making me adaptable and ready for new challenges.

Education

I’ve currently studied  A-Levels in Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics at Nottingham College, which strengthens my analytical and problem-solving skills. I’ve also completed certifications in Software Development and Machine Learning, deepening my understanding of programming and data analysis. Additionally, I completed a Level 2 warehouse course with Path2Solutions, giving me foundational knowledge in warehouse operations.
