I have worked the the catering, hospitality and retail industry for over 20years with administration and payroll experience.

I am an ambassador for sustainability and always looking to improve or new innovation  recycling and waste management.

I currently work for sodexo as catering manager responsible for food safety compliance, health and safety and team training and management and a customer lead hospitality service 

I have retail experience working with Unilever in there site shops and understanding there brands and new product samples.

I originally training as a chef and worked of Mitchell and butler work my way up and moving my caree  forward with managing pubs and restaurants.

I house sodexo training for digital systems and administration.
