Over the past years, I've built a robust professional foundation as a Legal Associate in Mumbai. Beginning with a supportive role in a team of ten, I quickly advanced to independently handle a diverse litigation caseload. My expertise lies in arbitration, where I skillfully drafted Statements of Claims, Defense, and Counter Claims under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Recently, I completed an LLM in International Commercial Law at Brunel University, graduating with a 2:1 distinction. The program offered a comprehensive curriculum, covering key modules such as Privacy and Data Protection, Principles of Investment Arbitration and Principles of International Commercial Arbitration. My academic journey was capped by a dissertation focusing on the role of public policy in the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in India. This recent educational experience not only enriched my understanding of international commercial law but also equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate complex legal challenges in today's global landscape.
