Buying AI is easy. Getting people to use it well is the real work.

You’ll usually find me somewhere between “we bought AI” and “no one’s using it.”

I’ve spent over a decade working in user adoption, long before AI became cool or the latest hashtag.

I was that person selling the dream of remote working applying my user adoption tactics for Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace long before the pandemic made them normal.

I start with strategy, answering the simple but critical question: Why AI?

But more often than not, I find myself in the middle of an AI pilot or rollout, helping teams skill up quick, building communities and support, running workshops, drop ins and being the go to for all things AI User Adoption.

I’m hands-on, practical, and able to pivot quickly as client needs and AI landscape evolve.

Experience

Co-Founder, PromptAI Ltd Lead generative AI adoption programmes from global organisations to StartUps. Exploring AI productivity tools including Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

Design and deliver AI capability programmes, executive workshops, and role-based adoption journeys.

Freelancer twice at Microsoft UK the latest support for Copilot pilots, executive enablement, and enterprise adoption strategies.

Previously led adoption pilots for Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Google Gemini at WPP. Supported the business case for 25,000 Copilot licences and 100,000 Teams Premium licences.

Work with global organisations in insurance, banking, consulting, and taxation to adopt AI responsibly and at scale.

Support charities and non-profits to explore practical AI solutions and improve operational workflows.

Deliver local community AI workshops, mentoring, and training to help people build confidence using AI.
